if i was able to buy a house (debt consolidation has apparently fucked up my life for right now), i would probably be looking at it.

You should take my advice. But crazy animal balloons on your open house signs next week. Everyone loves crazy animal balloons.

That's not how I meant it. I think silly balloons would make people feel more comfortable and less stuffy. Most people feel very awkward walking around someone elses house while the owners still live there. And for this reason, during Charity's past open houses people drive by, grab a flier, and never actually step foot in the door. I think once people got inside they would be majorly impressed. It's really nice inside.

Plus her house is in a weird spot that's not easy to see. Animal balloons would catch more attention. They are merely a ploy to get people into the home. They are not a selling feature.
