(no subject)
i won't start this entry with saying that london is amazing, even though it is, becuase every other entry here has started off that way.
really, what london is is Different. It makes me act differently, think somewhat differently...and different things happen.
the past few days have been wild.
they include
*hanging out with someone i like waaaaaaaaay to much considering we live an ocean away (i'm seeing him at 5 tonight, is it a bad sign i'm counting down the hours?)
*a truly fabulous and powerful and shocking play
*a very satisfying and entertaining experience with a certain drug that is illegal in the US and legal in London
*a boat ride down the thames while still under the influence of the aforementioned substance, which was even more entertaining (i was given a cookie that had the word NICE written on it and wouldn't stop talking about it for a good 20 minutes)
*meeting some girls in our group who are increibly cool, why didn't i get to know them earlier?
*planning and psyching up for paris
and now i'm off to deal with laundry, and a shower, and some more musuems
i've sent about 10 or so postcards so far, i'm still working on the rest.
