Yes, I have had a number of floral questions in the name of courting in my time here at Hogwarts. Sometimes really beautiful women grow weary of men giving them the most beautiful, most expensive, most most things they can.
I would suggest you this bloke give this lady friend a bouquet of what's commonly called Love's Little Feet. The flowers are small and pink, almost like your garden variety daisy. They give off a beautiful perfume, the scent of which no one has really quite been able to pinpoint. (It's somewhere between candy floss and a rainy spring morning.) The petals and leaves are also useful for a number of love potions and feet balms. They aren't the most beautiful blossoms, but they are different in their familiarity.
And we certainly don't hold things like pursuing love in a time of war against this dear bloke.
