A wonderful turnout for week number two of the ships.
Couple number one was comprised of Marlene Wickham and Annie Mayar. Both work in 'downtown bookstore for the Gay, Lesbian, Bi and Transgender community.' Their romance started when Annie applied for a job at the bookstore.
Couple number two were two sisters Gina Webber and Linda Webber in a story of sisterly bonding and family drama. When Linda messes up, she expects Gina to fix it, but will she this time?
Couple number three were Caroline Weathers and Jason Mitchum. Caroline is a press liason for the Boston Red Sox while Jason is a mechanic who takes a second job selling hot dogs at Fenway. They meet when she saves him from some thugs who are reminding Jason that he owes money. They hate each other at first, but constant run ins slowly lead to something more.
Couple number four were Malcolm Porter and Alicia Lane, a 'cunning reporter' and a photographer. They met when Malcolm hired Alicia to do a professional photoshoot for his new book. Their relationship is full of angst and drama, both of them wanting different things.
Couple number five were Olivia Pierce and Damon Knox, two survivors of a horrific virus that wiped out 94% of the world's population and eventually evolved into a zombie plague. (! D:) Both are recruited into a government organization's army to help stop the virus/zombies. Both had lost someone to the virus and this brings them together. Being partners in the army has them spending all their time together and a romance is inevitable.
Couple number six were Joanne and John, though those names are fake. They both work for a super secret agency, leaving fake lives and selling their stories to the highest bidders. They are partners which leads to them slowly falling in love.
Couple number seven were Faith Morgan and Luke Garner, a hotel worker and a city-worker who develops magical powers. When his powers start manifesting, Luke decides it's stress and checks into Faith's hotel to relax. It's love at first sight for them.
