[Mod note] - Round 20 themes & extension

It has been brought to my attention that my copy/paste fail in the signup post has thrown a bit of a wrench into the works of the THEMES post -- the claims are completely open, but the character(s) you icon do, in fact, need to be characters.
This is what I get for double-dipping sign-up post HTML between two 20in20s...
I'm terribly sorry for not catching that sooner.
Because of this, I'm going to extend the round to May 11, to give you time to rework your caps, if necessary.
