Hi! I'm Chara, and thank you for writing for me.
First and most importantly, this is a present, so I'll love it and squee over it, trust me.
I'm a big saffic fan, but if you usually don't do f/f, don't be scared off by that. "Saffic" really runs the spectrum from explicit sex through to gen with strong female friendship or even gen which focuses on female rivalries, so if you're currently tying your knickers in a knot over the idea of writing female/female sex, relax and untie them. I do prefer at least a hint of romance if I get the choice, but what I care about is a focus on female characters that *doesn't* revolve around them focussing on men, so if the gen muse moves you, go with it. On the other hand, if you want to write NC-17, go for it. *g* All I ask you to bear in mind is that I like my physiology accurate and I really, really hate the word "pussy"; also, as this is saffic, please please resist the urge to mention penises during the sex scenes.
About the above, though, if you're taking the Jem option, I really do adore Eric, so feel free to drag him into anything but sex scenes. ^_^
If you're dying with pain over the pairings - I'm pretty flexible, really, so feel free to mess around and change them if they truly don't work for you. (Don't ask me for permission, though, it will spoil the surprise.) All I ask is that you don't switch them for m/f or m/m, as I really do want the focus on the girls. I like stories about girls.
As far as genre - anything from pure sweet fluff to angst to adoring romance to ludicrous comedy to serious philosophy and anything in between. Um, kannaophelia is my favourite fanfic writer, kittenfic, sangerin and lovelyzelda also make me squee regularly and I'm absolutely in awe of calanthe_b, so that should give you some idea of what I like, but really, I'll read anything. Surprise me.
And - thank you! I hope you have fun writing, and that my requests don't cause you too much pain. I can't wait to find out who you are and thank you.
