Hi ^__^ I'm happy of your "sneaking" here so we can talk about our making fan art without bothering the others.
As you can see, also this time "my" Fei isn't manly at all XDDD (I'm so envious of your drawing him so damn manly and sexy) but here it was my choice, because the scene requested a shy and pretty Fei and the surrounding from the lovely hsyang's fic brings everyone to think of something like this (It's just my opinion but maybe you could get a different thought about it).
But I won't give up... sooner or later I'll get the inspiration to draw a manly Fei from something that can drive my pencil XDDD

Actually - I don't know if you read / watch other manga/anime - there are lot of male characters with feminine looks not only in Yaoi and shounen ai but even in the "pure" shounen where the characters are often ninja, warriors or cruel samurai. So having feminine features doesn't mean that a character is fragile or physically weak or gay at all!!!

Yeah I did, and I needed a lot of time looking at his face again and again.
Coming back to your painting you really managed to create a special atmosphere between Mik and Fei, and yes their faces are just awesome, loving, peaceful, beautiful. Good work hon.

I'm happy you liked especially because I spent much time and effort in colouring it and you know how painful it can be to me when I have to colour with the PC program an handmade drawing.
But this time it has been easier because I had treasured the little secrets I learned the previous time and I have learned also other things ^__-

So now I have almost finished the following scene - much similar to this with the fireworks - that takes place just a few minutes later when Fei accepts Mikhail invite to dinner, inspired to hsyang's fic "And Then" ^__-

After making the suggestion about Fei's clothes, I worried that maybe I had made a mistake and it might turn out too dull, but you really made it work perfectly. And seeing Fei in the last chapter just confirmed my impression that when he wears western clothes, they're usually a dark color. Now your picture can also be seen as a visual metaphor that in Fei's somber life, Mikhail brings a little brightness.

I've just got ready the other 2 versions with different fireworks background of that same pic. I'm going to make a new post with the 3 of them (the small previews clickable to be enlarged so they can be seen together) and with the whole your fiction. Since it has not particular rating it could be posted without being locked and everyone can read it, obviously if you agree.
Then you can see the 3 different versions and choose the one you like the most for your journal.
Or do you want to wait that the other pic for "And Then" is ready? let me know what you think about it ^__-

I agree to your plan, and you don't have to wait for the other pic on my account. But since you've recently shared one version of the first pic, perhaps to avoid making what some people might consider a duplicate post, you may just want to edit your original entry to include the new versions and additional text? It's only a thought, so do whatever you feel comfortable with!

No, I didn't mean that.
Sorry maybe I really need urgently to take english lessons since lately I always am wrong in expressing myself.
I meant that I will do the new post only here at my LJ (I avoided to make the previous post here just for that purpose, because I was going to post different versions of the same pic as you can read from what I wrote up above).
So I'm going to update only my LJ with these 3 pics and your fic (I linked it at fei_love and club_sion with the link you gave me but only copy-pasted the final text at yamane_ayano and hail_mik. You are free to choose the version you like the most for your journal.
I only was asking if you - for your LJ - wanted to wait that the other "And Then" pic was ready and post them together or if you wanted to post this now and the other when ready.
Sorry for this confused talk, lately my brain is really tired and today I woke up at 4:00 a.m. so I'm a bit sleepy.
