Words are Unnnecessary
They say a picture is worth a thousand words. For me however, the below picture only says a single acronym which gets repeated 999 times. OMG!
In case some of you are interested in what actually happened in this episode besides watching Myuto doing a million different types of fanservice-y things in a span of 10 minutes, here's what went down:
To earn their badge for being a gourmet reporter, Shoki, Teranishi, Myuto and Shimekake were divided into teams of two to go fastening for 2 days and a night in order to be able to show genuine (happy) expressions when eating a bowl of plain rice. Shoki and Tera were sent to a Buddhist temple where they had their phones confiscated and had to endure 2 days of boredom and a growling stomach while participating in monk-like activities which really wasn't a lot of fun. Myuto and Shime on the other hand were sent to a health resort, that's right a resort, to be absolutely pampered with getting to ride segways, swimming, soaking in the onsen, massages, horseback riding and bloody yoga. Not that I'm complaining. You normally have to watch a lot of variety shows (which requires your idol actually getting to appear in a lot of variety shows) to be able to get this much fanservice so I'm really counting my lucky stars at the moment.
I don't expect Myuto to get anymore decent exposure or screentime after his turn out in the field since most juniors will be given their chance to shine over the coming weeks. Still super loving this show though. Even if Jesse and Hokuto have been given some seriously cringeworthy segments to do. Anyways, mainly creencaps below as most of my comments would just be incoherent fangirling ...
Since Myuto and Shime weren't included in last weeks preview, I didn't expect them to be featured in this weeks episode. When I saw Myuto changing seats and sitting in the middle of the front row I knew something good was going to happen ^^
I have to comment on this outfit. Sooooo cute with the hat and gloves!
Loved how shocked everyone was (especially Shoki who was probably expecting to see Myuto and Shime put through similar circumstances as him and Tera). Revealing the contrast between the two teams' experiences were priceless XD
Well, it's not as if they had it all easy. The pool they were swimming in wasn't heated ...
I would totally make this the front page of my travel brochure if I were the resort manager.

Even though Shoki and Tera got the short end of the stick this time, it's usually the team that gets put through the most hardship that are more entertaining to watch. Shoki was a good sport and Tera was so sweet during their ordeal fastening. There needs to be more challenges like this! Not having the juniors wash hair!
