Remuneration

If we can just spend a moment here to appreciate Myuto's style and ability to pull off the gaudy leopard print gatsby cap, I promise I'll get to the point of this post very soon.

Moments up, anyway, I was browsing online for appliances when I came across the same earphones that Myuto is seen wearing and I was shocked that they cost $269 ($220US). I can maybe understand headphones that cost that much but seriously, almost 300 bucks for these buds. My next thought was 'how much do they get paid as juniors?'. I know he might not have bought these himself, they could've been presents or his family is actually secretly rich, but I can't help but wonder now, how much do juniors get paid? Do they get paid even? I guess for the younger juniors it's all fine and dandy if they do, just means extra pocket money to blow on what teenages do, but it must be tough to make a living for the older ones. It was revealed a while ago on arama how Sakurai Sho and Nakai were the top earners in JE, and for hard working idols who work frighteningly long hours they really don't earn that much compared to Hollywood stars. Snooki probably earns more than them on endorsements alone. I think Maeda Atsuko only made like $300,000US or something last year. No wonder so many JE boys still live at home. The fact that Yuma can actually afford to move to Tokyo really says something about how much extra cash Johnny's been slipping him XD
I think money is part of the incentive for younger boys to join. I really doubt all the juniors work their asses off, get shouted at and sacrifice their personal lives just because they think 'Yamapi is kakkoi'. Someone really needs to write a tell all autobiography oneday of his time as a junior.

What's there left to say? Everything was perfect. I liked the previous two Playzones because it had Myuto. I loved this years because it was simply amazing, and because it had Myuto ;)
Everything was well balanced, the stage itself and how they used the screen was great. The dances were neater. The song choices were more to my taste. I think it was a great idea to have split up the performances between Yuma/Tsubasa/Yara/Atsuhiro, it gave the show more variety. I can fangirl over Noeru's Seishun Amigo performance and replay Myuto trying his moves on a mannequin all day. Best thing about this years Playzone DVD though was the behind the scenes. Let's follow Yuma as he goes to interview Travis4.

Even along the corridor you can hear the four of them belting out the lyrics to Hitoribocchi no Haburashi XD and my biased opinion thinks they sounded great *thumbs up*

The sign outside their dressing room.

Yuma asking them why they were making such a ruckus and if they were going to practise singing that it should at least be a Playzone song.
*Noeru makes the most adorable sound when he laughs and agrees with Yuma*
*Myuto starts singing along to Guys Playzone and gets told off for being noisy again* <3
*Shime just sits there using every oppotunity to show off his muscles* XD

Yuma asks them what they do before a performance and asks why there's fruit everywhere so Hiroki shows off his bananas.

Noeru then shows off his Tsukada.

....and then prays to it
*Hiroki in the background with his bananas still*

Shime of course shows off his body.

Omg I don't even know what's happening here but how adorable are these two
*Hiroki, still with his banana*

Just as Yuma's about to leave, Myuto points out that he hasn't been asked what he does before a performance.
*poor baby, and this non-audible cap does no justice to how cute and sad he sounded for being left out*

And what he really wanted to say was, he'll do his best to eat parsley ...

His 'important' declaration gets ignored and Yuma starts to leave lol actually, more like makes a run for it before Myuto could elaborate on his love for parsley.

Happy ending :)
*Hiroki really loves his bananas*

You can't see it very clearly in this picture but Myuto and Shime are wearing matching necklaces <3

I wanted to take more caps of the final group interview but I'd probably go on without end on all the cute interactions between these boys. Miyachika and Shizuya both mention Myuto during their bit which made me a happy fan since their my fav two from the younger lot. I really enjoyed this last little bit since it showed Noeru, Myuto, Shime and Hiroki being really good sempai's and you can tell the younger five do look up to them. I really hope they're all able to grow more as a group from here on out. I hate to see them split after Playzone and reshuffled. Every reshuffle is exciting but everytime it feels like were starting from zero again. I'm thinking about debuts again (I can't help it) and none of the non volleyball groups debuted without having spent at least a few years together so for Myuto sake, please don't disband this group.
