Life
I haven't written in a while. I've just been super busy lately over the past few months. The house is still on the market for sale. Its been about a year now. I had a buyer but he basically backed out (either because of the inspection or because the process was taking way too long).
That all being said I have had to relist the house. I'm going to move out of it and clear it out to make it more presentable and hopefully it will sell faster. On friday I signed a lease for an apartment in Edgewater, which is an area I really like. The new place is in walking distance of Trader Joes and Whole Foods. If I felt like walking a mile I could walk to target, and a bunch of other good shopping places.
Also in the near future Laura and her daughter will move in, probably before school starts back up. The school in edgewater is about a block or 2 away from the complex.
I'm going to start moving in next month and hopefully be done before August. I have a ton of crap I need to get rid of. Thankfully I started that process a few months ago. Laura is going to have a garage sale July 8th so hopefully I can get rid of a lot then.
