Tron
Tron Legacy by Joseph Kosinski - Good times. I enjoyed the flick. It wasn’t the greatest movie that I’d ever seen, but it was exactly what it looks like. Possibly better in some ways.
I have 2 issues with the film and they are both minor. One, I think young Jeff Bridges who I will just refer to from now on as YJB looked great EXCEPT when he smiled. I think they made his smile to large or something. It just looked unnatural. The movie definitely hit the uncanny valley.
For the second gripe its a bit of a spoiler so don’t read forward unless you’ve seen the film. I think the fall, and redemption of Tron wasn’t handled as well as it could have been. I get that he got “infected” but it didn’t really explain how that was even possible. It kind of just happened. It also didn’t explain why all of a sudden he just snapped out of it. I would have also liked to have seen his face later.
Other then that it was a really good fun film that I think you should see in theaters. I don’t think it will be the same watching it at home.
