Well, I haven't been on LJ much lately due to the myriad of other things I have occupying my time, but figured I'd pop my nose in and let ya'll know I'm still here...
Among all of the other chaos I create for myself, I'm in medic school. Staring 18 months of school in the face. Elected the class spokesperson for the EMS Committee meetings. Hobnobbing with my industry's bigwigs. Woot.
Did something nasty to my back this morning. Too bad it wasn't something fun at least - all I did was bend over to get something off of the floor and ZOING! And now Mister Heating Pad and I are best buds.
Tried to give blood this morning. Finally passed the hemoglobin test, but failed the blood pressure one. *GRUMP*
Bree's cast is off, and the orthopedic peeps say she's all better. However, she still refuses to walk on it, or even put weight on it. *DOUBLE GRUMP*
All of this aside, I'm feeling pretty good about the way things are moving in my life right now. I hope you guys do too. :)
