It usually takes me at least 6 hours to take a tylenol once I vaguely start thinking I should. But then again I never don't have a headache of some kind.

Oh, I think in this situation you need someone who will give you a tylenol? What do you think? For me, I really need quiet soft aid. I cant help myself when I am in a body trouble.
But I learned to ask my husband for help, when he is near.
It took almost 10 years to learn. Or he notices that I'm not well. I know that I am adult and must take care for myself, but a cannot.
And painkillers is my favorite drugs)) I swallow them at the slightest threat of pain.
