...I found an apartment, it is GORGEOUS, 2 bedroom, great landlord, and includes all utilities. HAPPY

Edit 2: I did a working to summon the perfect place, sigils and a drawing on a christmas ornament...then also sent a "letter to santa" from NORAD. the next day I spotted the ad, which seemed too good to be true. We were the first people to reply, and first to view it. Several others viewed it after us, but I came prepared and handed him $ 900 cash on the spot...some people still like cash, thank gods! I'd say that worked out well. Thank you, Universe!
