some things are so easy when you start them
Last friday I asked my mother why the website I'm making doesn't show the text correctly formatted at some points. Solution is easy: because the browsers think the tag (with the formatting) is ended when I start another tag. So I need to alter the code a bit. That's easy, should be done in half an hour or less.
I still don't have much up-to-date content, but I will talk to a friend from my Shire about that probably next week and then fill the website with better content.
I need to alter one picture, which is the background for the navigation entries. One of them is longer than the scroll picture in the background.
Tuesday evening I found out (by chance) how to do it in Gimp. I just don't know when I have time to do it.
Yesterday evening I sewed my dress. I made some good progress once I started. Although I had some problems with the sewing machine that "ate" a piece of thread and didn't make good seams anymore. After some shaking of the machine some dust and the piece of thread came out and I could go on sewing.
Today I'll continue, because the dress isn't completed yet.
With a bit of luck it will be (nearly) finished this evening when I go to bed. Good thing is also that my sister is home (with us) at the moment. She is quite talented at sewing and handwork. :)
