Life doesn't seem to be fair at the moment.
I think I found the problem why I'm not able to pay UF membership (my account was in Euro and UF expects US $). The smaller problem now is that I didn't have enough money in my paypal account to get me an EGIT. I found all this out on tueasy and sent some money from my bank account to my paypal account tuesday evening. Now I have enough money to pay the EGIT, but not for the shipping of the spiffs. Why didn't I think before about that?
Now I need to transfer 15 $ (about 12 Euros) to my paypal account, wait three days until it's there (probably not counting the weekend) and then I can try it again.
But I don't want to wait!
By the way: the paypal website absolutely sucks when visited with Firefox 1.5 under Linux.
On to happier news: I'm getting married to my SO next spring and today we'll go and talk to the church where he was baptized and probably also to the civil registry office.
