[This voice message is less voice and more... the sound of bells. Bells that are light and jingly, with perhaps just a little bit of an ominous tone underneath that. Anyone with magical backgrounds- the same as with for Tinker Bell- can understand the words, but for anyone else they'll just hear him talk in the bell sound. Vincent has no idea yet, of course.]

He's wearing his bandana wrapped around him toga-style. Vincent is making a futile attempt to pick up at least his journal and his gun and bring them along with him... but getting airborne is proving to be a challenge and he's sprinkling pixie dust all over.]
