Moving

If you've seen this post, then you know that change is in the air; and if you haven't, go read it, I'll wait....

That being said, I moved to a new-to-me house in Bloomington yesterday, and troll-boy decided to move with me. And here is the part where I gush about the house *squee*. The house is gorgeous; built in 1905 by the railroad, it is brick and solid! The landlord has completely renovated the place, keeping the 12' high ceilings and the large, wide windows.. the beautiful moldings and the wonderful non-euclidean angles of the original architecture. He then added an art-nouveau style with paint and fixturing. Together they are very, very "me". Yes, there will be pictures once the chaos has been wrangled a bit more :)

I am putting a massage room/office on the main floor of the house, and will be scheduling a limited number of clients here in Bloomington, which is VERY cool. The landlord is ok with that, since he plans on benefiting from it, LOL!

You all will be invited to come visit in the very near future- we're hammering out the details on when..

I am so very grateful for the amicable separation; while anger can channel the pain of endings for a while, the joy of maintaining friendships is a far richer experience, by far.

We still have stuff left to move- hopefully we'll get the most of it by Tuesday night, since The Troll (tm) ships back to Colorado on Wed. (unless they change the plan again- working for Xerox is a lot like planning battles at Gulf Wars, LOL!). And I want to get things unpacked and in place ASAP, so that I can start seeing clients, without subjecting them to a see of totes!

Many thanks go out to little-deer, Michael (affectionately known as "Spanky"), soaringhawk, and of course queenbabs for helping us pack, load, unload, getting totes and food, driving the truck, and everything else that is far to numerous to name.

And very special thanks to those who watch and keep; I am so overwhelmed with gratitude that I cannot adequately express it in words. Wow, me at a loss for words; who'd'a thought!?

Thank you to all my friends for loving me, supporting me, and tolerating me on the bad days. I have never been loved, nor so blessed. You all are welcome at any time.
