Another "Been Too Long" Post
So, oops. I only recently remembered I had this.
1) Crafts: Sort of happening. Kind of been working on the chain shirt, though trying to and actually getting it done are not the same thing because making rings is painful with my arthritic/injured paws.
2) Finances: Still sucks. I don't have a job. Rabbit has a better job now, that pays more, which means eventually our quality of life will be improving. No predictions on when exactly that will be.
3) Cleaning: Tomorrow begins one of the many phases of the Great Purge -- where we will be cleaning up our aparment to make it not look like a hellhole of claustrophobia + random trash.
4) Jobs: I hate not having one, as it would add routine to my life that currently doesn't exist. The last job I had was so stressful and required commitments on my memory that I didn't trust. So to hell with that.
5) Listening for music updates: I am trying to convince mdlbear to create another album, though so far no word on when this is going to happen.
6) Music in general: I have written another song entitled Filker Geek. Lyrics: click here. There is a recording of this, email me if you want a copy. Also, there is my Youtube feed which contains two songs by mdlbear and pocketnaomi located here, along with a podcast tribute to Leslie Fish entitled Banned From Menthar. I had a small hand in writing the lyrics, though most were written by other people in my starbase 118 (star trek) group, which is located here.
7) Birthday plans (07/06): I don't have much in the way of plans, but was thinking about Mongolian for dinner. I have a really awesome Mongolian place up here that reminds me of California. Not an all-you-can-eat, mind you; but delicious and generous portion-sized. More on this soon.
