School is going terribly this semester. I have failed every test I've taken at this point. Yay. I've got to spend less time on the xbox and more time on my computer actually doing some programming. My bike is not doing so well. I went to the university's gaming LAN yesterday. I parked my bike between the cement curbs that are lined up for bikes. to park in. Well these 4 spots just so happened to be made from what used to be a parallel spot. So there is a parallel spot on one end. There was a bike parked in the space closest to the parallel spot and my bike was parked beside it.

So I've been at the LAN for about 30mins and have just started warming up on some Guitar Hero when my phone rings. I was in the middle of a song, so I ignored it. I looked at the missed call after the song and it was the police. My bike was hit. It was hit by the other bike. That other bike was hit by a van. Owned by the school. I've got several hundred dollars worth of damage from just falling over, and it is likely that the bike will be written off as a total loss. I can only hope I'll get atleast $1000 for it if it does total out. Because I wont be able to get it road worthy enough to get a salvage/rebuilt title on it for much less than that. As that will involve fixing the headlight wireing, replacing the back tire (back tire news below). Buying the flasher relay for my turn signals, a horn, and new mirrors, as one of the old ones broke off. I might also need a front rim and tire, but I kinda doubt it.
My back tire finally came in. Come to find out, my rear axle is lodged in place. I will have to buy new rear axle bearings, a new rear axle, and nut. As well as have the bearings change, along with the price of changing the tire will be about $200. I was going to just return the tire, but now I may need it to get the rebuilt title.
