How much would you be willing to pay for a 2000 ford focus ZX3? The car is black, has ~100000 miles, has rear-ended one person, causing minor damage. The driver's side window is held up with tape. There is an electrical issue behind the dash, which causes the dash lights to turn off within about five seconds of the headlights turning on, so basically at night you have no speedometer. There is no catalytic converter, because the exhaust system was "tuned." The heat shield on the inside of the hood is missing. There's a problem with one of the wheels--it shakes--this may or may not be a wheel bearing issue. The vehicle has a long history of coolant problems; for a long time it couldn't be driven more than a mile or so without stopping to cool because the engine would overheat otherwise. Water somehow found its way into the oil: this is believed to be a result of a DIY gasket for the water pump, which was replaced several years ago, though it may also stem from rerouting the car's intake and removing the filter. Assuming the car ever runs again, the engine will have been rebuilt (so the odo can legally be reset to 0).
