I've been geeking in the deep, earthen depths of North Charleston. I've been scanning tomes of the WOTC Library, and I finally have unleashed a beast too big to ignore. anybody wanting to be a half dragon needs to let me know in advance. I'll do the rolls to see if anyone can be one. It has to be a gem or metallic dragon. Chromatic dragons are evil. I will roll a d10... at a 100 you qualify. If more than one person is electing to be a Half-dragon... I will only allow one. So I will then randomly determine from that point.

If you guys really want a half-dragon in the party... either everyone can submit to letting one person be it... or if I take a roll for everyone... I'll make rerolls for players until a half-dragon emerges.

gimme a go at it. and could you further describe some of those new characters just to let us in on their attributes in case we decide to be one? like, what is more special about a sky elf than a woodland elf.

not completely positive yet... I haven't written it all yet.
Ok, possibilities.

HalfDragon-as per half-dragon in monster manual (including claw/bite/and breath weapons)

wratch - orcs with higher intelligence

Berroleans - humans with heat resistance

sky elfs- really nimble... higher dex, but fragile... lower constitution, and eagle eye sight

day walkers - vampires that are not affected by the sun as much as normal vampires. Do not have to feed off live victims either.

Magma Dwarf - high lowlight/darkvision .. heat resistance... really high constitution from boiling blood

and thats all I have for races so far

well give me a roll for the half-dragon thing.

and if that doesn't work out, then I'll get back to you on whether I still want to be a ranger thief (it almost sounds uninteresting compared to these new characters..)
