Needs hotties
Hello, ladies. <--to be read like the Allspice guy.
Do you know of hot guys in the really dark tan to black range of skin tones? Preferably more African or Middle Eastern than East Asian? Can you link me many pictures? The downside to not watching TV or engaging in media outside my LJ is that I don't really know who the pretty actors/models/musicians are these days.
Background: I'm writing a comic for my Graphic Novel writing class. Twenty-Two pages of high school football and boys making out. My goal is to be a little bit more diverse in my casting than I have been in the past. Since I wrote the script for myself, I haven't really bothered to flesh out my characters' physical descriptions because it totally doesn't matter until I finish writing and have to draw.
I really want my quarterback, Travis, to be not white, even though in the first bit I drew he came out kind of looking like Bradley James. I was in a hurry and that's what's easy for me (lame, but true). But I'm planning to do better for the final. I've got a few ideas and some pictures of people like Drake and Travie McCoy as a starting place but this is high school, so people who skew younger would be better.
There is also the music student (pianist) that he falls for, Patrick. In the midterm, I drew him with longer, slightly wavy hair. But I'm really not attached to any of the images, other than wanting them both to be lovely and dorky and whatever.
So yeah, hopefully I explained that in a way that was not too much fail and maybe people are interested in helping me cast my main characters?
