Somewhat convoluted
So, I bought some Glati hooves second hand and basically the day after they arrived, my dog managed to get his mouth on them and COMPLETELY fuck them up. The knees are entirely destroyed. I asked soom about getting replacements and was told:

Would you plz kindly send us picture of the parts which got demaged and inform me your exact order number of Glati.
Which is great except it wasn't my order. I'm not really sure how to deal with it, now. If I say that the parts were bought separately, I'm afraid they won't let me buy the pieces. I could find out if the person I bought it from is the original owner and would let me have the order number but I'm afraid they'll be checking the order number against my user ID or something and will say it doesn't match up. I'm really at a loss.
Any suggestions? ;_; I just want to put little hooves on my tiny bird doll.
