Changes
Life has changed quite a bit since I last wrote anything of substance here. A few highlights:
* Bunny and I got engaged (last year on New Year's Eve). Woo!
* Last spring I (finally) defended my dissertation and earned my PhD. Woo!
* In the summer I lost my full-time gig at MDC, for some bullshit political reasons that I still don't fully understand (this could be the topic of an entire post - perhaps I'll do that in the near future).
* Bunny left in the Fall to start Law School at Emory.
* With no full-time gig tying me to Miami, this month I moved to Atlanta to stay with Bunny. I'm applying for jobs all over the place for the fall, so it's uncertain whether I'll be here then, but it's wonderful to have at least these next several months with her.
That's my recent life in a nutshell. For anyone who might still read this (if there is anyone) - how's life been treating you?
