cos I don't feel like school work right now...
It was Brenda's 18th birthday party on Friday. The beautiful Birthday girl, in her purple corset and black lace, was a great host. (Stoopid me for forgetting my camera. :( ) They grow up so fast...
The function room was decorated with green, black and pink! :D Marie-Paule pointed out rather exasperatedly that Brenda got her sense of aesthetics from me. lol.
[EDIT: In high school Brenda (in the grade below), Marie-Paule, and I were a little "family". Marie-Paule had suggested that we were Brenda's mother and father respectively. And Louise was her favourite aunt. The idea stuck. Hehe.]
Then we hung around Monika and Nalini at Winsto Woolies for an hour. Also witnessed Monika's favourite night-shift event: her closing announcement over the broadcast system. hehe. And theeen, we followed her home, bummed in the cold with Tim (yaaay!) and watched Monika's tape of our last week at high school. ^_^
