Zombies?
Backdated to Sunday (Rika speech is designated in Blue, chaos' speech is designated in Green)
[It's pretty normal for chaos to be out early, so long as he doesn't accidently oversleep. On the day the call goes out from Deadpool, he isn't at home and thus misses the first - probably several - calls about zombies.]
[He's in his usual spot down at the park when it all happens, just sitting on a bench and observing things. He'll spot Rika going through the park, and will call out to catch her attention.]
mi-i! chaos! [ Rika would then run over to him, looking worried. She's holding onto her ceremonial hoe as she speaks.] Sir, what are you doing out here?
[chaos spots the weapon, but doesn't ask about it, instead choosing to respond.] Observing. Where are you off to this early in the morning?
This is no time to be observing! There are dangerous things going on. You should go inside, where it is safe!
Dangerous things? Is Mayfield pulling another of it's tricks so soon after it's last one?
There is no time to explain. Please hurry back to your house and lock the door. You may not believe me, but there are zombies around right now.
[chaos has been here long enough, and remembers the zombies during the old candy incident. He half-smiles at her, but is standing] If it's so dangerous, where are you off to?
[ Rika's expression falters, before she clenches her fists around her weapon and attempts a calm, determined expression. ] There are some drones I am worried about. I need to go be sure that they are okay.
Ah. [chaos nods] Then instead of going alone, allow me to accompany you. If these are movie-like zombies they will move in-masse, and I am not without defenses.
mi? But you have nothing to protect yourself with. [ Rika looks a bit skeptical. ]
[chaos smiles a bit, shifting so he can point his hand out, palm flat, away from her. He states two words, Imperial Judgment, and three ice stalagtites erupt from the ground] My powers are merely not visible, similar to my healing.
[ Rika watches, listening. She knows very well that his healing works, so believes him. And she also knows that she probably doesn't stand a chance against the zombies by herself. She's not the witch Bernkastel. So, after a short internal debate, she grabs his arm and begins dragging him off. She needs him for protection and knows it. ] "Fine then! Let's go!"
A. Checking on the drones of Keiichi and Rena over at Ricardo Street. Any zombies attacking are being hit by chaos' Imperial Judgment and sometimes Rika's hoe. Feel free to ask for help defending yourself, or tell them to quit killing zombies on your lawn already!
B. [After finishing her task of checking on the drones of Keiichi and Rena, Rika drags chaos back to her house. She wanted to get some things to help later. Now that she'd decided that chaos is good protection and feels her confidence getting up there, she wants to prove something. So goes for the phone.] This is Rika Furude. Does anyone need some help getting to somewhere safe? [ She pauses, wondering if maybe Bernkastel is listening. Before adding. ] I would like to use my abilities help! [ except she has no abilities of her own.. ]
C. The two are down at the grocery store. All this running around has made them hungry, so they're getting food, including some extras for their respective households just in case. Reenactments of scenes from Zombieland may be occurring, but featuring prominently in hoes and ice powers. They miss a zombie, or maybe that was your Twinkie box one of them just grabbed? Speak up!
