Lambert's Cafe-where your food is launched at you!

Here I am back on the interview trail once again! It wasn't that long ago that I was interviewing for residency and now I am once again doing some cross-country rounds in my new Scion Xd interviewing for infectious disease fellowship! On my way to my first interview in St. Louis 2 weeks ago I hit up the famous Lambert's cafe! If you read my last entry about the woman trying to reach 1000lbs, one look around and you realize that Lambert's was totally made for people like this woman! Not only do you have spacious booths with lots of front gut room between you and the table but constructed of hardy cedar to prevent ass-crushing destruction unlike the cheap plastic crap at pizza hut. This place was engineered with the fattie in mind! All entries are monstrous in size and come with unlimited homemade sides-which are numerous, change daily, and are brought table to table right after they are made in the kitchen! What they are most famous for however is their effective food delivery system-your awesome massive sam's club muffin sized rolls are actually thrown at you! None of this wimpy passive liberal bread-basket! Your burning hot rolls are thrown directly at your face with gumption! Your only defense is an quick hand or an open mouth before crippling injury ensues!
