We had half of the FreBall Bike Gang on the streets of Ballard on Friday. Sitting at Hatties I wished you were there. After this weekend I will be dying for bikes and drinks.

We had somebody give us a fire pit at Golden Gardens at like 9pm on Saturday night and we wished YOU were there! Are you around this weekend?

I want to leave work early on Friday and grab a pit, but I don't know if that will happen.

I have the pleasure of being on the Seattle Center grounds 24/7 thru the end of Bumbershoot on Monday. Its going to be a brutal week and a half. Golden Gardens sounds like a slice of heaven with some fire on top!

I was thinking about whilst I was being carted around PDX in the back of Julias car and I have determined that Portland is not right for the Murhpy just yet. SEA needs you right where you are, well maybe a neighborhood move wouldn't hurt, but the area code should remain the same.

Would it make sense to say that in order to make it to Ballard I have to go thru Portland? Mayhaps not, but it's true nonetheless. We have one month to pack in a stockpile of face time, then a million and one excuses to hop on trains back & forth. For a host of reasons it would be easier to just take up residence beside that belove'd home of yours, but 'tis never so simple with me.

I will miss Seattle so much, but no doubt come back one day; and vastly improved, at that.

So many people spoke at the services and I can't remember who said it but they said it well. Ryan had 100 best friends if not more. And being amongst them made it feel like he wasn't really gone. It was just what we needed.
