I don't know what prompted this, but Dave wants to go to next year's Baltimore Comic Con as Captain Cold.  This would be awesome as he looks and acts like Lenny when he's being a pain, but he's also a cold-weather baby.  And Comic Con is in the middle of summer.  And Dave wears a t-shirt in snow.  I can't see him being in a parka in summer or any

well, one could always use more Rogues, regardless of time or place

if heat is such an issue, he could go for the casual len cosplay - hockey jersey, jeans, cold gun, visor and hooker (optional)

why wouldn't len and piper hang out? they're among the few "adults", behave more or less mature and have a non-nonsense attitude. How they enforce that attitude may differ though.

Omg....hockey Len? Is this a new thing? And I think I would be the hooker on his arm, which would raise all sorts of questions about Piper and Len's "relationship" *lol* I'm liking that idea, but I doubt he'd go for it. Maybe we can find a winter con that's close by? He's kinda attached to the parka idea :)

It's from a scene in a comic. Tar Pit interrupts a hockey game, Flash wants to stop him and runs into a pissed off Captain cold in the aforementioned outfit who was only here - more or less innocently - watching the game. Accompanied by his hooker Angie.
