My Life: Doctor Who/Torchwood FAIL

HOW DO I GET THAT?
I mean, I've searched everywhere for Doctor Who and Torchwood episodes (to stream) but all I get are downloads of episodes, that when after I download them, they turn out to be either viruses or porn videos. Seriously: PORN VIDEOS. Yeah...FAIL. I've watched little clips of TW and DR.W but it's really not enough! Buying them on iTunes is a possibility, but I was wondering, if any of you non-Britian living people (or if you do live in Britian) know how to get either show on the interwebs, that would be insane and I would love and cherish you forever.
