I didn't vote today.

The reason: I did not take the time to register to vote before or after I left MN. I did not register in Mass, either. Therefore, I have an absentee or other ballot to fill out(rageous).

Why?

(Interestingly) I am not remorseful.

I have more (pertinent?) personal issues to worry about? ~ an implausible idea ( Read more... )

I can still voice my opinion on issues. So that argument is bullshit.

Merely, I will not have (in a singular instance) voted. Meaning that my indignation (if it is to exist) concerning the results of this election may not be valid in certain circumstances as I will not have participated. That is (my) right.

But, mommy, what happens if i don't fix my "personal issues" by next year?

"You have a voice in our government. Use it."

Speak now or forever hold your piece... (This is war, peace doesn't exist.)

A thousand voices splitting the crown.

In an appellate from the millions, hear me. I exist. Don't tread on me. I speak therefore I am. Or, I spoke therefore I was.

An imperative to exercise my right to jabber. By percentage, to waste the voice of those who care.

My concern is not.

Seriously, just self-preservation. (Just?) justification. It is (Just?) justification of me.

I like the ways you use the parentheses.
