Can anyone honestly say they were shocked by this? They went to huge lengths to keep Mark Sheppard's return a surprise and they are learning from past seasons on how better to keep the cat in the bag about guest/character returns. I love the lengths they will go too now personally.
If you assumed anything from the upfronts, well you know the old saying about making assumptions.

The people quitting the show over plot, lack of plot, character development or character assassination.
Bye! Don't let the door hit you on the way out. Also thanks for your continued support of the cast and crew that create the show that you claim to love. If you don't like the show anymore, fine it's your choice but the active calls and rally against it because of what happened to your favorite characters is just petty and childish. So don't use the "This hurts us more than it hurts you.", "We are only quitting in protest because it shows how much we love the show and actors." bullshit excuse.
Just admit you're butthurt and move on.

I just wish people would think about things before throwing a tantrum over it. Misha not returning as a regular could have happened for several reasons but the biggest thing is, it's between him and producers. It's HIS life. Be happy that he we have had him for three seasons and we will have him for a fourth on a very unique show that has such a small cast to begin with.
Why can't we be grateful for what we have, instead of constantly bitching about what we didn't get or what we want?
