I'm not sure there is going to be much detail about the time that passed since I was disconnected. But I generally had a good time, although I spent more time in solitude than I would have liked. The best time was Friday the 3rd.
Firstly I went to see a band named The Past Sucks. They are friends of Lisa's from high school. Mark came with me, he was gone all summer, it was good to see him again. After the show, which was very rage against the machine -ish we went to this free hardcore party which was happening under the bridge at bathurst and front, but we left not long after. It wasn't very exciting and it smelled bad. Pretty much the whole purpose of going there was to meet with Heather. Mark left after that, but H and I met up with her friends and went to an old school jungle party at cherry beach. stayed there no more than 1.5 hours, and then went to the loft at queen and church. spent the rest of the night there and it was pretty good, but not great. the music I enjoyed lots, but there was much risk of "raver drama." Regardless I enjoyed myself and got home just before my family left for Ottawa to move my sister into rez there.
Moved here on Tuesday, after having made a couple trips and staying overnight Sunday. Met with Lisa a couple times, including last night when she cooked dinner for us and we biked to TCBY for ice cream. I had a cappucino kind which left me wired for a few hours. Back at her place we watched Benny and Joon. Really good movie that, I laughed and smiled lots. Intersperced in the evening was much chatting and some time using her computer to connect. I was very happy with the night.
Today I met with Leah which I should have met properly last year but alas never did. But for the second night in a row I had a vegetarian meal cooked for me and I helped a little where I could. I think I should make more friendly, vegetarian friends, they seem to enjoy cooking quite a bit.
I have homework to do, I should start on that now really. Tonight is some activities of varying legal status and also bowling. glow in the dark bowling. i like bowling. and being high. and drinking.
