I always knew one day I would leave for good. I'll give away this boy who tried to make you fall in love. I give him to you. So keep him close. Now he has grown up, he will stay true, true to this.
Separate the ones who know from the ones who see all that you are. It is not an easy answer, not make believe. I still believe that this heart will learn to love.
Life takes on a whole new luster at dawn on the edge of the world. I woke up this morning and walked to the Pacific Ocean, the tumult of brine the tune of my heart say's, 'its good to be alive.' I have left the mid-west, I believe its permanent, but I have a tendency to lie through my teeth. I've lived to long inside my memories. The newness and fresh feeling I get when I see mountains, sky-scrapers, the trees this tells me this is home for now.
I returned to UPS. This may be somewhat old news, I dont know how fast things travel through my community of friends anymore. I have somewhat removed myself from the "loop." To clarify, I do not hate this school, I just dont feeling its worth $37k. Since it will only cost me $12k this year, I feel I am getting a better deal, how niggardly of me. ;)
I am happy out here right now, the creeping sensation is back, we will see where that goes, I would love to chat about it with Sarah;). In general I am very happy to not be in the Twin Cities this year. The winter, the plains, the parents, and the change would have turned a city already filled with haunting memories into an unbearable crucible of fire for me.
Tomorrow I try for a radio show again. GOD DAMN I WANT AN ALT-ROCK SHOW! Here is the playlist I'm bringing to my interview. It has it's weaknesses, but I hope it will do.
