Good morning, starshine....the earth says helloo
Long time, no write. I've missed you all lots. I'm so absolutely out of the loop with everything. What's been going on in your lives (in nutshells, lol)? Have I missed anything big?
So I'm now living in New Mexico. Soooo much has happened since I've last written that there's no way to cover it all. The drive out here was interesting to say the least. The scenery and the actual driving were fun, but the crazyass cat and the serious lack of sleep for 2 days was a little insane.
We're staying with Christina and her 2 kids - Khrysten, who is 13, and Cayden, who is 6. I adore the kids, but Christina drives me absolutely crazy. She's so inconsiderate and selfish. It's really very sad to witness how she acts with her kids and her "friends". I've wanted to bitch at her a million times, but I just have to try and keep the peace. It's impossible to address legitimate issues with her without her getting some kind of attitude. I've pretty much been biting my tongue for over a month now. I can't say anything because we have no where else to go at the moment and because she works with J.R. and that would just be really uncomfortable for him. I'm not going to get into specific things now, but I'm sure I'll probably have to bitch in here within the next month...just to get it out so I can keep my sanity. Hopefully we'll be out of here by the first week in September.
We went to see "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" a couple weeks ago. I've been waiting for 2 years to see that movie! It was so good! Tim Burton and Johnny Depp are great as usual. The sets were amazing. Willy Wonka is so creepily lovable, lol.
Oh yeah, what's going on with Gavin and Institute? I read something a few weeks ago on hairleftmorningwet.com. (What happened to that site?? It's not showing up for me at the moment!) ...Something about a small tour and the album release. That tour pisses me off. If I still lived in Ohio, I could go to the Pittsburgh one easily. I've heard a clip for the first single and boombox. Anything else I've missed?
