I've got a friend who gigs and goes to stuff in NY on a fairly regular basis. if they do play there, do you think you could let me know when on the offchance that I could manage to check them out?

I dont comment on anyone's journal as much as I should. I feel awful.

Roadrunner records screw over bands big time.

Screw over how? Nice to know, but really not all that surprising. I rarely hear praise when discussing record labels.

I don't know much details but Glassjaw used to be on it and Daryl, the singe, complained all the time about it. finally they just got out of the contract and switched to something else. He begged fans not to buy anything from when they were under roadrunner. etc.
I've heard tons of bands complain.
But it seems most record companies want your soul...

Hey. Yeah, all is well in my life. I'm registering for summer classes at school which I'm very excited about. I can't believe I'm almost done with a term of college! Woo fucking hoo!! That is so bad ass that you guys went to Hollywood. You looked so good in those pictures, as did JR. I'm glad you guys are doing so well. As for your move to NM, thats even further away from me. But I've finally realized your life doesn't revolve around me. When are you going to Nashville? Did I tell you I went for my spring break? It was so much fun. I spent quite a bit of time with Tara and her babies. Me and my kids went downtown and we took a horse and carriage ride. We had a good time but the kids were asses for the most part. I have a week off of school soon and if its the same time you're going to be in Nashville maybe I could escape for a little while. I would love to see you! I passes by your mom's house and wanted to say hi, but I thought it would be weird. Anyways, I have to go. I'm not online a whole lot b/c I'm super busy ( ... )
