the two week experiment.

For the past 7 days I've been kicking back mostly salad and proteins. Funny thing is I noticed that I feel much better and also much more energized. This is starting to beat my regular diet of carbs and just about anything you can thing of and then some more.

I do notice that I somewhat still feel hungry at times but not like a starved hunger but more like I need to snack on something. This is really a weird feeling.

Next goal to start up on is hitting the gym more regularly. I haven't don't this in quite a while and wonder what its gonna do to me if I start.

Hopefully these two things allow me to look healthy for the summer....
