Who the hell is this...Ino/Karin hybrid FREAK? XD
I think the worst part about her is that she looks exactly like Ino. It's no coincidence.
Kishimoto tends to mimic these "konoha fangirls" after his original characters, and a similar characterisic. For example:
Karin + Sakura = Red hair
Shiho + Ino = Blonde hair
Personality = Hot tempers, quick to angry >> Karin/Sakura
Personality = Swoons over boys easily >> Shiho/Ino
[Even these girls' names are similar to each other.]
This reminds me a lot of what Tite Kubo has done w/ Bleach.
All look-alikes: (Nanao & Lisa, Inoue & Miyako, Ichigo & Kien, Rukia & Her sister.)
The only difference is that Naruto has deliberate romance attacted to them.
