I had a great Christmas... slight family drama as usual. Seems like being an only child is where its at! My sister kind of pissed me off and I didn't really get to see my brother. I really miss the kids though, so it was amazing getting to see them. Andrew and I decided that we have to spend more time with them and its so true. So, I'm picking them up in Lansing on the 20th of January and my Dad/Lauri/sister are coming to pick them up on Sunday after I cook dinner. So hopefully I have some cashola and fun things to plan. I've wanted to have them come stay for a long time, but I haven't had a nice living situation in a very long time or any money to feed and take care of three kids for over 24 hours. It will be nice to not just be scraping by for the next few months.
My cocktail party is coming up and I'm really pumped. It seems like its going to be pretty low key and thats exactly what I want. I have very little expectations other that great clothes, great drinks, and great friends. =) Love it!
Work is going pretty well too.
I got to see John tuesday night and I got drrrrunk. I don't remember how much money I spent or when we got home. It was kind of fun, yet kind of unsettling. Luckily I had nothing to do the next day.
