Back from overseas, not really loving it.

Just got back on Sunday morning from Kota Kinablu, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. Had a really good time in KK, went with a sizable group of friends from badminton. Plenty of drinks, karaoke, amazing food, cheap massages (legit of course), badminton and some really cheap shopping. Notable purchases were (in no particular order) 

• $10RM Angry birds thongs
• $90RM badminton racket (Apacs brand, but still pretty good)
• $15RM badminton racket (total piece of crap!)
• $15RM watch
• $20RM sunglasses
• $20RM wallet
• $150SGD suit (score! G2000 ftw)
• $50RM shoes

Did a bunch of activities on Sapi Island in KK, including parasailing, ocean walking, jet skiing and getting towed by a boat on a "banana boat" and "flying fish". Pretty good for ~$100AUD!

Also went white water rafting, went to the hot springs and also watched the semis of the Malaysian Open (badminton if you didn't already guess). Semis were a lot more entertaining than finals (almost fell asleep at the bar watching the finals) but maaaaaaaaaan, spent 12+ hours at the stadium.

Gonna cut it short since I should be sleeping and eventually working.
