UPDATE: TWO NEW GALLERIES
My move from London to Berlin has meant I had little time to update the website. I am trying to amend to this by putting up two new artists in the GALLERY section at a time. Alessandro Villani and Francesca Leoni are two young Italian artists whose work bear a few reciprocal connections: both of them work on the body and depict it in a surreal light.
Alessandro Villani builds body-houses where furnitures become organs and organs become decorations. His work in satirical, edgy and confrontational.
Francesca Leoni, a fine art student whose work ranges from painting to sculpture and set-design is instead interested in portraying the visceral element of the human body in a surreal and dreamy light.
