(no subject)
This is the creek down the bottom of my court... Four houses away. You can JUST see the tops of the fence posts. There's not supposed to be water there!!! I'm standing on the road taking that photo, two metres behind me is a house!!! The bridge i walk over is COMPLETELY under water.
I'm amazed by all this. I've never had something flood near me, so it's all a bit new!!
Last night we had the most rain EVER recorded. There is currently another storm coming!!!
The photo was taken on my phone, so it doesn't really give the best indication. But bugger me!!! That water was only really about a metre in front of me.
I wish i had a real camera.
Yesterday was the coldest recorded Febuary day!! It was 13oC all day. So cold.
