the last couple of days:
The Great Dictator - touching
Once - constant pumping of melancholy and music hurts <3
Atonement - unexpected and very good
Horton Hears a Who - blah, cheesy
Kung Fu Panda - cool fighting scenes
Lord of the Flies - stirring
Killing Zoe - tarantinoooooooo you crazy batshit mofo
Breakfast at Tiffany's - i don't really get it. i've watched it from all sides a few times and i just don't get anywhere with it.

it's honestly not as weird as people say
i was expecting some completely wacko shit
at least it has continuity.
and gilliam is true to himself.
i truthfully thought that brazil was far more crazy than this.
