I wish Luna was easily distracted sometimes. She's so needy today. Not that I mind the affection when I get home but... well, have you ever seen a mastiff sit on a small girl's lap? It doesn't work out well. And she's pawing at me right now. I have to have one hand constantly petting her. She's lucky I love her, cute little mutt

I'm surprised you're so open to talk about glamours and the like. At least your mother is accepting it. And I could always teach you a thing or two about glamours if you'd like.
...You run a shop? So many interesting things I had not been aware of before.

Only on here. After awhile at the community you start to realize its pointless to hide crap because everyone is just as screwed up as you. Mom freaked when she first found out and demanded to have her real child back. I don't think I would mind some help with glamours.
A tea shop with my friends running a computer repair job and faery curse removal shop in back, the latter being more discrete. Its not really that interesting.

Perhaps. Hard to believe there'll be someone who's past is as disturbed as mine. Ah... Did she get her real child back? I didn't think so. Good timing, my last guest at the loft just left.
Faery curse removal? That sounds very interesting actually.

Everyone's got their dirty little secrets. Yeah, she did. I told her I would get the real Kaye back and I did. We call her Kate, though. Maybe I should come by sometime, then?
He helps people with fae problems. Its what he's always done just now he has a better place to do it.

I'd have to admit I may have more than my fair share. Kate, hm? Cute. If you'd like, I'll have a room prepared or you. Or if you don't trust our fey that much, you can have my room.
Location is key, isn't it? But that does sound like a helpful service on a regular basis. I take it fey aren't naturally invisible in your world?

No one would blame you. Its a little weird... I offered to let her be Kaye and I would be Kate but she's too made at me to take the name Kaye. And I don't mind. Whichever would be easier for you...
No, but they're not obvious either. They hide well and only show themselves to humans if they want to or if they accidentally get caught.

You sure? I expect quite a bit of blame would come my way. ...She's upset with you? On contrary, whatever's easier on you would let me sleep better at night.
Ah... That's typically the case here as well. Glamours are used to seem human.

People here aren't really fit to point fingers. I stole her life. She doesn't want to take it now that its been used. Just... so long as the fae don''t try to hurt me or anyone else I'll be fine.
Yeah, here too.

I find that a bit hard to believe. So she'll coninue it as "Kate"? I'll be sure to do what I can. They're not the type to attack without reason.
From what I hear, your fey are the type to... take humans for their own needs?

You'll just have to see for yourself. That's what she wants, at least. Then... I should be okay.
Not just humans. Each other... They're cruel.

Seeing is believing, after all. Then let her do as she pleases, I'd think you might owe her that much. I'll make sure that you will be.
...Not as cruel as some fey that I've come into contact with, apparently.
Reply
Yeah, I guess. I do. I just wish she'd let me help... but I guess its not my place. You don't need to worry about me.
I'd be surprised to meet fey who could rival them for cruelty.

What could you need to help her with? And if I feel like worrying anyway?
Which is why I don't plan on letting you meet them anytime soon.

Adjust to human life. She's.. had it rough. They didn't physically abuse her, but she told me sometimes she'd close her eyes and when she opened them seasons had come and gone. You shouldn't worry, though.
Heh... might be best.

Ah... Sounds familiar. You can lose track of time once you spend more than a few days with the fey. And why shouldn't I?
Glad that you're willing to comply.

I've learned to have a bit of a healthier sense of curiosity.
