1. I consider my life to be a piece of performance art, and a comedy. You may not get all the jokes and for this I apologize. I find it humorous when a joke works on several layers at once. To most people, as a result, it'll appear to be nothing but nonsense. The rest, you may or may not be able to decipher. It pisses me off when people think less of me simply because they didn't get the point of a joke.
2. I was once very humble. Later in life I discovered my humility was itself a form of conceit.
2. No one has successfully convinced me that I'm less than perfect.
4. I hate memes for the expressed reason that the one topic a person does not need to spend more time talking about is himself. Popular memes are popular because they invite you to do just that. I boycotted LJ for a long time for this same reason.
5. I had not heard the name Francois La Rochefoucauld before writing this post. I'm now a fan. Sometimes technology amazes me.
