this is so nice u____u so well-structured & well-put & well-detailed & well-everything. you paint their emotions so nicely, and let them say such nice, meaningful things. it's also a great take on the prompt that you don't see a lot. it's funny bec when i first read the wip drafts you posted, there was a lot of things i didn't think about, but now that i know the theme, i spot all these little details that guide the reader... maybe i'm overdoing it bec he must have been fairly human-passing to be able to hang out with junghwan for such a long time, but i think about him sitting in the back of the dark store and watching the rays of sun shining in through the windows, just outside the range of them. and i'm also picturing him very sneakily pouring out the coffee junghwan brings or at least getting around drinking it somehow. the store that has been sitting there for maybe a century, and maybe dongwoo has been sitting there for that century too. that he doesn't care much for material things, but likes inconspicuous little everyday events that brighten your day. and i'm wondering about the pictures, if junghwan was confused that they all came out blurry or half-black or just didn't show anything at all. (prob reading too much classic vampire stuff into this lol u__u)

i'm really glad you liked it T ^ T i was feeling so weird about this piece as i wrote it because i wanted to write it in a way that it wouldn't have to read as a supernatural au while playing with the theme of having once been human and a limited capacity for change and just things not working (bc i am a sucker for things not working. or working without really working idk). but at the same time the further along i got the more i worried that the vampire twist (not even mentioned in the actual body of the thing) would ruin what was built up. but ugh i'm just so glad, tysm ♥

IT IS GOING TO HAPPEN. even if i have to physically rip it out of my body damnit. that's the part where i get to be gross. i've been looking forward to it since i started this.
