hmmm sunday i went to my boat...the sailing was beautiful!! it was just me and my parents, which was really nice! i started reading pledged..what a crock, eh? lol who knows when I will get a chance to finish it tho! boooo mabye ill get to read a bit of it today.
Labor Day was even MORE gorgeous! we sailed for a really long time. It was sooo nice. I am very happy that I went out there and stayed the night instead of being a bum and coming home instead. My summers have felt incomplete since i could drive, and stay home alone...because ive spent less time at the boat since then.
Tuesay was freshman convocation...then panhel meeting. what a long day that seemed like...
Wednesday was greek orientation. i think it went well. the chicken fingers were soooo good!
thursday..classes started. Whoa..can i just say that my life is going to be work and stuyding in the library this semester? yuck. i dropped a class because the univeristy is so stupid and forgot to inform our entire class that gender roles in literature...was changed to gender roles in south african literature. not like i hae anything against suoth african literature, but i didnt sign up for that class, u kno? kind of annoying! i already fulfilled my diversity requirement and kind of wanted to kno about gender roles..relating to...say...my life? as in like American lit? who knows tho...so now i only have 4 classes..i kind of feel like a bit of a slacker for that, but the English courses I have will by no means let me do anything at all related to slack.
Friday i worked both jobs. now, here i am. Saturday. I have a lot to do today...andt hen work at 5:30
