Happy New Year's to everyone!
I have a feeling that 2008 will be a great year. Then again, I said that about 2007 and most of that year sucks, all except the tail end of the year. Well, as much as of a cliche as it is, I'm going to do a highlight list of the year...
Highlights of 2007:
1. New friends. Well, not new as so much as rediscovered.
2. Kairos. Both going on and leading it. Amazing. Changed my life
3. Self-discovery
4. Finding people that I can depend on and trust
5. Finding out how great life is.
No so highlights of 2007:
1. Junior year. It just sucks. Boring.
I can't really think of anything else, because I guess I can't remember them. Haha. So much for lists.
Anyway, so last night, I went to the 2nd annual New Year's Eve Party at the Hurd's house. It was so much fun. Sparkling cider. Silly string. Noise makers. It was wonderful. Well, I really am looking forward to 2008 (I graduate in six months.)(insane)
Resolution (I never make these, but this year seems to be different)
1. Be more polished
2. Read a book a month
3. Try new things
4. Have fun and live life to the fullest
New year, new beginnings. Get ready, 2008, here I come.
