Black Friday.
The day where people get up insanely early and knock each other out for the seasons hottest items
I am so thoroughly amused by this Holiday tradition. I love it.
However, I didn't spend my Black Friday morning shopping, I babysat.
Then I went to the Plaza with Kat and Jeff for Christmas shopping
After that I proceded to Starbucks. Oh. Coffee.
Funny story (not really):
Kat, Jeff, and I are walking to the Court (for those not familiar with the Plaza, pretty much all of you, the Court is a separate building) and we walk by this jewelry store, Damiani. And I look in, because I love jewelry, especially expensive jewelry, and what do I see? I picture of Sophia Loren. Click: She designed jewelry for that company a couple years back. I stopped, then was dragged (not kidding) from the window. I was able to go in when we came back and I was just looking and I told the really nice saleslady (this is surpsing because salespeople are not usually nice to my age group) that I remembered Sophia Loren designing...duh duh duh. She gave me a little booklet about Sophia's collection, showed me what they had in store, and a bag. I am such a nerd. I love it.
Thanksgiving was okay, nothing spectacular.
Christmas is coming too soon.
It needs to be summer again.
That picture of Marcello is going to be in my locker as of Monday. I need to decorate.
